Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PromptBucket, including its website, accounts, creator tools, community features, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining access to your sign-in provider. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of prompts, images, videos, comments, profile information, and other material you submit ("User Content"). You grant PromptBucket a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and technically adapt User Content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the Service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except where copies must be retained for legal, security, backup, or integrity purposes.

You are responsible for your User Content and confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it. Public posts may be viewed, shared, indexed, and remixed by others according to the controls and context presented in the Service. Do not publish confidential information or content you do not want made public.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to break the law; infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; impersonate or deceive others; harass or exploit people; distribute malware or spam; bypass access controls; scrape or overload the Service in an abusive manner; manipulate engagement; or publish unlawful or sexually exploitative content involving minors. You also may not use another person's account without permission.

4. AI tools and third-party services

Prompts and AI-generated outputs can be inaccurate, biased, offensive, or similar to material created by others. You must review outputs before relying on or publishing them. PromptBucket does not guarantee that a prompt will produce a particular result or that an output can be used for a particular purpose. The Service may link to or depend on third-party providers whose own terms apply to your use of their services.

5. Moderation and enforcement

We may review, restrict, remove, or preserve content, and may suspend or terminate accounts, when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain the security and integrity of the Service. We are not obligated to monitor all content and do not endorse User Content.

6. Service changes and availability

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may impose reasonable limits to protect reliability and users.

7. Intellectual property

The Service's software, design, branding, and other materials supplied by PromptBucket are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to PromptBucket trademarks or materials except the limited right to use the Service as provided here.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. PromptBucket will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Ending use

You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, licenses already required for retained copies, disclaimers, liability limits, and enforcement terms, will survive.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will update the date above and, when changes are material, provide additional notice where reasonably practical. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
